CRAZY 8 METHOD

1. Check info about the parcel

  • After the parcel arrives, the student can check their parcel info on the Pick n Go App or website.


2. Open the apps

  • For mobile, students can open the PickNGo apps. and it will appear in the interface. There are 4 options on the apps which are (Where to, Track Parcel, History, and Payment Method). 


3. Find a runner nearby

  • Students can find the runner on the apps by choosing the first option which is where to. After getting the runner that they want and think is good it will appear all the information about the runner which is the runner's name, contact number, and estimated delivery time.


4. Choose payment method

  • After choosing the runner, the student can choose the third option which is the payment method. Students can choose either to pay cash, Online banking (FPX), or use a credit card. Students can choose what type of payment that can give their convenient and suitable for them.


5. Confirmation receipt

  • After making the payment the student will receive the confirmation receipt for the service that has been paid. The confirmation receipt contains a detailed parcel and the amount of payment that has been made.


6. Receive runner detail

  • Student will receive all the runner details officially and contact for the delivery. The estimated time to arrive has also been provided in this runner detail and there are options to rate this runner for the service.


7. Tracking the parcel that will be sent by the runner

  • Notification will be received by the student when the runner is on their way to send the parcel to the student. Students can know the movement of the parcel.


8. Rate the runner

  • Give feedback to the runner based on their service when they are done with the job.

1. Open the Pick n Go app on a mobile phone or any other device
  • In the menu interface, you can see several options regarding the parcel's details, runner service for pickup of the parcel, and terms of payment.
2. Open the Parcel Detail
  • This section lists the customer's parcel information by their name, matric number, date of parcel arrived, tracking number, and contact number for further actions.
3. Runner Service Section
  • You could see the runner details by knowing their name, contact number, service charge, and live location for the customer to track their parcels.
4. Payment Section
  • Name of receivers, name of customer, date, time, and total amount.
5. Term of payment
  • Customer could choose a way to pay the runner by cash, credit card, FPX, or online transfer like E-wallet.
6. Conversations between the customer and the parcel's runner
  • The customer needs a runner and does research on it.
  • The customer asks about the availability of the runner.
  • The runner replies and says that he/she could make it for the customer.
  • They also discuss the amount of service charge.
7. Tracking the runner
  • After making a payment, the customer could track the runner by their live location that had been shared with the customer.
8. Arrival of the parcel
  • The arrival notification of the parcel had been emailed or told through WhatsApp by the runner to the customer.
  • Customer also could give a rating for the runner's performance.

-  User can book runner available and put details to runner pick the parcel

-  The user can look at maps and know where the runner lives location to receive the parcel to the user

7. Make payment

-  The user can make a payment after receiving the parcel. Users can pay online or transfer

8. Confirmation

-  After paying user must click the button confirmation. After that, back to the home screen.

- users can check their parcel status thorough three ways email, messages, and live location

- users can check their parcel status at inbox in the application

3. Booking Runner
- users can book their runner using the application

4. Choosing Runner
- users can check available runners. they can choose freely the runner based on their rating inside the application

5. Selecting the Runner
- after choosing the runner they need to confirm their booking and give the details about the parcel

6. Tracking Parcel
- users can track their runner or their parcel movement through the app

7. Confirming the Purchase
- users need to confirm their purchase when ordering the runner

8. Payment Method
- after receiving the parcel they can make a payment through the option given such as FPX, cash on delivery, or online transfer.

Ariff





We had chosen the best Crazy8 in between our group members' sketches which is Ariff. This is because his sketches have a detailed interface and are easy to understand. His sketches also have a nice arrangement for the Pick n Go app.
