Task List:

1. Unlock Your Device

  • First is you must to swipe up or tap the home screen of the phone.
  • Second, choose the PICK N GO apps and launch the app by tap on the icon.
  • Third, you will see the first interface before login
  • Login the apps by choose sign up with email or using google account.


2. Notification about parcel



  • The user will receive the notification about parcel at the top of the home page which the bell
  • After open the bell notification It will appear about your information and detail about your parcel

3. Booking a rider


  • click at runner icon at the bottom left of the application
  • at picture 2 you can see a list of runner that are available at your place
  • choose any runner that you want
  • if you click at the price tag icon you can view the price range for the service
  • if you click at the middle icon you can see the details about the rider

4. Make payment


  • click at the payment icon and it will lead you to payment page
  • choose how do you want to make the payment
  • if you choose online banking it will lead you to bank selection
  • pick what bank you want to make a payment
  • next it will go merchant page and you just need to complete the payment by clicking continue

5. Receive Notification After Payment



  • After done make the payment the homepage will show up like this.
  • Latest notification will appear at the homepage.
  • You can know all the task that you have already done.


6. Locating your parcel



  • click at the map located at the middle of the application
  • it will shows the user their parcel location
  • if you click at the details icon at the bottom right of the application it will shows the user the details about the parcel
  • the user can check the parcel tracking number, what runner they are using and their own profile

 PROBLEM STATEMENT A lot of UUM students have faced difficulties with parcel delivery at the University. When a student's parcel has arrived at UUM, it will be sent to the UUM Parcel Center(UPC)and that particular student needs to pick up the parcel by Themselves. The problems happened when the student did not have transportation and time to pick up the parcel. Some students have a packed class schedule which will make them have no time to pick up their parcel on time. Limited operating hours that may conflict with students' class schedules also make it more challenging for students to pick up parcels during the available times.
